This refined strategy is focused and decisive, we believe it contains manageable execution risk and is based on our core strength. The objective is to achieve profitable growth.

Focus on our key capability in Providing delivery services by expertly managing a portfolio of network, in particular delivery network in air cargo consignments, surface and railways freight movement (both in Gujarat as well as in other part of nation) where we believe our competitive advantage can be sustained and enhanced. We aim to accelerate growth in the networks through some selected but similar company who are looking for growth.
Based on our Refined Strategy, we now manage our business through our tow division know as :
(1) Shakti Cargo Forwards. (SCF)
(2) Shakti Air Cargo. (SAC)
(3) Shree Shakti Air Cargo Pvt. Ltd.
SCF :
SCF mainly deals in air cargo consignments and is authorized cargo agent of Indian Airlines and Jet Airways. SCF will keep focusing to strengthen its business activites by enhancing its network by registering itself with other airlines for authorized cargo agency.
SAC:
SAC core business is co-loading, Railways freight, surface transportation and couriers. SAC will keep focusing of enhancing its business by taping more air lines for its courier product and more connectivity by Rail and Road.
